Last updated: 19 October 2026
The website breala.com is operated by BREALA S.R.L., Corso Giacomo Matteotti 70, 71014 San Marco in Lamis (FG), Italy, VAT number IT04451230710 (the “Owner”), email hello@breala.com. Users who use the Services offered by Breala declare that they know and accept these general terms and conditions.
About Breala
Breala.com is the official website of Breala, an Italian brand of facial skincare cosmetics. Through the website, the User can find information about the brand and buy its products online.
Content provided by the User
Users are responsible for their own content and for third-party content that they share on Breala, whether by uploading it, entering it or in any other way. Users indemnify the Owner against any liability relating to the unlawful distribution of third-party content or to the use of Breala in ways that are contrary to the law.
The Owner does not moderate content published by the User or by third parties, but undertakes to act on reports from Users or on orders from public authorities concerning content considered offensive or unlawful.
The only rights granted to the Owner over content provided by Users are those necessary to operate and maintain Breala.
Content provided by third parties
The Owner does not pre-moderate content or links provided by third parties and displayed on Breala, and is not responsible for such content or for its availability.
Registration
To use some features of the Service, such as the customer account, the User registers by providing the requested information truthfully and completely, after reading the privacy policy and these general terms and conditions. The User keeps their login credentials safe and confidential.
Deletion and closure of the account
Registered Users can deactivate their account, request its deletion or stop using the Service at any time, through the website or by contacting the Owner. In the event of a breach of these Terms, the Owner may suspend or close the User’s account at any time and without notice.
Purchases
Ordering process
Each order submitted is an offer to purchase the products. Orders are subject to product availability and to acceptance by the Owner. The User selects the products and completes checkout after carefully checking, and if necessary changing, the information in the order summary. The order is placed when the User confirms it and is subject to payment of the price, taxes, and shipping and payment costs shown in the order summary.
The order processing receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded when the Owner sends the order confirmation to the email address provided by the User. The Owner may decline to confirm an order by informing the User, within 20 days of the purchase and at the email address associated with the order, that one or more products are unavailable: in this case it refunds the price and the shipping costs paid by the User.
Prices and availability
Prices, descriptions and product availability may change without notice; each order is charged at the price shown when it is placed. Photos are for illustration only and do not guarantee the qualities of the products.
Order fulfilment
The order is fulfilled within the times stated in the order summary, in the order confirmation and in the shipping policy, and in any case within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed with the User. The Owner is not liable for damage caused by delivery delays due to circumstances that could not be foreseen at the time of the order confirmation.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address given by the User, in the manner stated in the order summary. Until delivery, the risk of loss of or damage to the products lies with the Owner.
On delivery, the User is invited to check the parcel and to note any anomalies on the delivery document. If the parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, the User can write to hello@breala.com as explained in the shipping policy.
If the parcel is not collected within the period set by the carrier, the products are returned to the Owner, who contacts the User either to send them again, with the new shipment paid by the User, or to refund the price of the products, excluding the shipping cost.
The Owner is not liable for delivery errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information entered by the User in the order, for damage to the products occurring after delivery to a carrier chosen and engaged by the User, or for delays attributable to that carrier.
Right of withdrawal
A User who buys as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the User, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User informs the Owner of their decision by an unequivocal statement, for example an email to hello@breala.com, which may use the withdrawal form included in the refund policy.
Effects of withdrawal
If the User withdraws from the contract, all payments made to the Owner are refunded, including delivery costs (except any supplementary costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day on which the Owner is informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise, and the User incurs no fees as a result. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received back or until the User has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
The User sends back the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day on which they communicated the withdrawal; the deadline is met if the goods are sent back before it expires. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the User. The User is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The User is asked to include a copy of the delivery document in the package.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) for defects that exist at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years. How to claim it is explained in the refund policy.
The website is provided “as is”
The website is provided by the Owner “as is”, without any express or implied warranty as to its accuracy or availability. The legal guarantee of conformity on the products purchased is not affected.
Interruption of the Service
The Owner may add or remove features, or suspend or stop providing the Service altogether, temporarily or permanently. In the event of a permanent interruption, the Owner will do what it can to allow Users to retrieve their information.
Resale of the Service
Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of Breala and its Services without the express permission of the Owner, granted directly or through a specific resale programme. The User agrees to hold harmless the Owner (and its subsidiaries and affiliates, representatives, directors, agents, licensors, partners and employees) from any obligation or liability, including legal costs, arising from damage caused to other Users or third parties in connection with content uploaded online by the User, or with a breach of the law or of these terms.
Prohibited use
The Service must be used in accordance with these Terms. Users may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on Breala or any part of it;

All trademarks, figurative or word marks, and all other signs, trade names, illustrations, images and logos relating to Breala are and remain the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected by the trademark laws in force and by the related international treaties.
Age requirements
Users declare that they are of legal age under the law applicable to them. Minors may only use Breala with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Under no circumstances may children under the age of 13 use Breala.
Limitation of liability
The Owner is liable for damage suffered by Users or third parties that is the immediate and direct consequence of its activity, within the limits provided by law. The Owner’s liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence is never excluded, and all the rights that the law grants to consumers remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner is not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of data.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner may change these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on Breala. Each order is governed by the Terms in force at the time it was placed.
Assignment of the contract
The Owner may transfer, assign, novate or subcontract all or some of the rights and obligations arising from the Terms, provided that the User’s rights under these Terms are not prejudiced. The User may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under the Terms without the written authorisation of the Owner.
Communications
All communications relating to Breala can be sent to hello@breala.com or to the other contact details at the bottom of this page.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be void, invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which a consumer User has their habitual residence. Disputes with consumers fall within the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy. Disputes with Users who are not consumers fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the place where the Owner has its registered office.
Complaints
For any complaint or question, the User can write to hello@breala.com: the Owner will reply as soon as possible.
