Shipping policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

We ship our products from San Marco in Lamis (FG), Italy, to Italy and the rest of the world.

1. Shipping costs and delivery times

  • Italy, Standard (4-6 days): €6, free on orders of €150 or more.
  • Italy, Premium (1-2 working days): €10, €6 on orders of €150 or more.
  • Rest of the world, Standard: €30, free on orders of €150 or more.

Delivery times are estimates; outside Italy they depend on the destination country. In any case we deliver within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, as required by law, unless otherwise agreed with you.

2. Where we ship

We ship to Italy and abroad. At the moment we do not ship to North Macedonia. You will see the available countries at checkout.

3. Customs duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes. If they are not already included in the total paid when you placed your order, you may be asked to pay them on delivery.

4. Delivery address

Please check your address before confirming your order. If you notice a mistake, write to us straight away at hello@breala.com: if the parcel has not left yet, we will correct it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, or because it was not collected, we will contact you to send it again; in that case the cost of the new shipment is paid by you.

5. Damaged, incomplete or lost parcel

Until delivery, the parcel travels at our risk. If it arrives damaged, contains a wrong product or something is missing, write to us at hello@breala.com with your order number and a few photos as soon as you can, so that we can report it to the carrier straight away. If the parcel does not arrive, write to us: we will deal with the carrier. We will send the products again or refund you, at no cost to you.

6. Returns and refunds

To return a product or request a refund, please see our refund policy.
