Return and Refund Policy – Breala

Breala guarantees the quality and safety of all products sold on its official website. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order (or part of it), we will happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

The shipment must take place within 14 days from the day on which the decision to withdraw from the contract is communicated.

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.

Breala recommends using a traceable shipping method: we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during return transport.

Return conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns of unopened, unused and perfectly intact products.

In particular:

  • The product must be intact and unused.

  • The packaging and security seals must be intact.


  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with .

Breala reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

In some cases, we may require a photo of the product as proof of its condition before authorizing the refund (for example: seal intact, spout unopened, outer packaging closed).

Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, we will send you a confirmation email.

If the product complies with the conditions indicated above, we will refund the cost of the item (excluding the original shipping costs).

The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.

Breala may withhold the refund until the returned product has been verified.

If you prefer, you can request a product exchange instead of a refund: in this case, the new item will be shipped free of charge.

Defective or incorrect products

In case of defective, damaged or different product from what you ordered , contact our customer service immediately:

We will assist you in finding the fastest and most satisfactory solution (replacement or refund).

Responsibilities and warnings

Breala products comply with national and EU regulations.

The images on the site are purely illustrative: color and appearance may vary slightly depending on the settings of the device used.

We invite you to always consult the list of ingredients available on each product page to check for any allergies or sensitivities.

Breala is not responsible for skin reactions due to ingredients known or unknown to the customer.

Our cosmetic products should not be considered a substitute for medical care or clinical treatment. For any concerns or skin conditions, we recommend consulting a medical specialist.
