How can I track my order?
You have 3 options to track your package:
Do you have a Breala account?
Log in to your account via the web page and check the status of your orders. If the order has been processed, click on the order information and you will find the tracking information there.
Tracking via logistics company:
Check your email and look for the tracking number that was sent to you with your order summary. Add it on the company website e.g. SDA, Italian post office and check the progress of your order.
*Please note that tracking may take approximately 24 hours to update after shipping.
My Breala package has been lost, what can I do?
All shipping services operate on working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. If your delivery has exceeded the shipping time, you will need to contact the courier that delivers the package to you in case they have additional information that is not shown on your tracking link. For example, your package may be waiting to be collected at your local post office. If they are unable to locate your package, please contact our Customer Experience team at hello@breala.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What happens if my product is damaged?
If your package is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of package delivery at hello@breala.com with clear photos of everything you have received and the condition of the package/products. We can inspect the damaged package and the damaged items can be replaced.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We try to ship products as quickly as possible to ensure minimum shipping times, this means we cannot guarantee that orders can be changed or canceled once placed. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact hello@breala.com and use "cancel" as the subject of the email, enter your order details and let us know as soon as possible.
What is Breala's return policy?
Breala offers a flexible return policy, allowing customers to return products within a certain period of time if they are dissatisfied for any reason.
